Abstract
This article examines the Zurcher v.Stanford Daily case and its aftermath. The article further explores the controversy surrounding post-Zurcher searches of non-suspect attorneys' offices. These searches raise several legal concerns and presents difficult decisions to attorneys served with search warrants.
