In Trs. of the N.Y. State Nurses Ass’n Pension Plan v. Appellant Glob. Advisors, LLC, the Second Circuit affirmed the District Court’s ruling that the Trustees’ petition to enforce an arbitral award fell within ERISA § 502(a)(3). The Court held that the Trustees sought equitable relief to enforce a plan document against a co-fiduciary, thereby confirming the district court’s jurisdiction.
